1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the JiangHeHui Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
We provide game top-up and digital-goods delivery services. Products are virtual and delivered electronically.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.
4. Orders and Payment
Verify the player ID, selected product and amount before paying. Payments are accepted in RUB, USD, HKD and USDT at the current rate. Prices may change.
5. Delivery / Top-up
After payment is confirmed, the digital product is credited automatically or manually as soon as possible. Providing an incorrect player ID may prevent delivery.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the goods, a successfully delivered order is non-refundable. If an order fails due to our fault, we will refund or re-fulfil it.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for fraud, money laundering, use of stolen payment data, or any other unlawful activity.
8. Intellectual Property
Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Platform content belongs to the Company.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. The Company’s liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

We may update these Terms; the current version is published on this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China.
